What it is: IT support for carriers by text and email: printers and scanners, FortiClient VPN, email and DNS, IBM i sessions, phones. Who it's for: carriers with up to 10 office users who don't need a full retainer.

Business intelligence and reporting
What it is: dashboards and reports built from your TMS, ERP or IBM i data, in Power BI or a similar tool. Who it's for: owners and managers who want their numbers in one place instead of spreadsheets.
Dashboard project from $2,000 (16 hours at $125/hour, fixed price after scoping, paid upfront). Monthly report upkeep from $250/month (2 hours). Power BI Pro licenses are $14/user/month from Microsoft, billed by Microsoft or passed through at cost.
Training
What it is: hands-on classes for your staff on Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, Teams, your TMS, security awareness and more, delivered by vetted trainers we hire for the job. Who it's for: office staff, dispatchers, and school and municipal teams.
From $275 per seat per day, or a private session for your team (up to 10 people) from $1,375 per day. Paid upfront.
Custom software development and integrations
What it is: custom tools and integrations between your systems: TMS, accounting, IBM i, ticketing tools, websites and APIs. Who it's for: anyone whose systems don't talk to each other.
$125/hour, or a fixed bid after scoping. Small integrations from $2,500 (20 hours). Fixed bids are paid upfront; hourly work is bought in prepaid blocks.
